Description
Citric acid powder is used for acid adjustments in fruit wines. Citric acid should not be used when making grape wine. However, it can be used after fermentation to adjust acidity.
Beyond winemaking, it's perfect for creating bath bombs, descaling appliances, and general household cleaning.
Instructions:
- Add according to specific recipe, up to 8g/Gallon of must at start of fermentation.
