Currently, we stay within the 20L-23L batch sizes. Which makes 24-31 Bottles at 750ml.
The minimum time it takes from starting your batch of wine to setting up a time for bottling.
We can do our best in replicating, or tell you what we believe will the closest.
We do make special requests, and also have "off menu" wines.
