Description

Originating in Andalucia in southwestern Spain, Palomino is the grape of true Spanish sherry wines. Palomino is low in acidity and delicate in flavour. Superb on its own as a soft and easily approachable white palomino wine - it is also an excellent blending grape as its flavours assimilate readily with those of the wine it is combined with.
