Hungarian Oak sticks Light are an excellent way to add rich oak character to your wine or beer. In terms of flavour they fall in the mid-range; less potent oak notes than American Oak but more than French Oak. These sticks have holes drilled at the top so that you may attach a sanitized string to them and hang them in your fermenting vessel.
