Description

This Festa Brew Kit produces a full bodied rich Czech / Bohemian pilsner style. it is a pale yellow coloured brew with low to medium Saaz aroma hop presence. Slightly sweet with toasted biscuit aromas and flavours. Taste is a little more hoppy than the nose. It has a grassy and floral hops flavour with a nice lingering mild spice finish. Easy to follow instructions. Create your own Czech pilsner recipe by adding dry hops or using different yeasts for example.
