Description
Flaked Wheat can be used as a substitute to wheat and does not require milling. As with other flaked grains, wheat flakes are mash ready and help with head retention. Creates some haziness in beers. Ideal for Witbiers. Suitable for up to 40% of grist total. This is a pre-gelatinized flaked grain that does not require milling.
